Can I register 2 persons on a single form?
- Yes, representing the same company

Can I register as Private person?
No. Only people representing companies that are FEDEMAC members or another approved association company can participate. For further details, please contact us via email, at [email protected]
How can I pay?

After you have registered, and received official invoice from FEDEMAC EVENTS. You have 5 working days to pay the participation fee. If you have not paid within the 5 working days, the registration will not be available anymore. The payment is to be made via bank transfer, according to the details on the invoice and the website. Please note that only those who have paid will be mentioned on the Attendees List.
Is there a public listing of all the participants?
Yes, that is a plan. The format and placement will be announced additionally.

- Yes, once registration payment received, you will be invited to join the official YMC 2023 WhatsApp group.

In case I cannot come, can I change the person attending for the same price? Any deadline for changes?

Yes, you can change the name of the person attending for the same price. The person(s) must be an employee of the same company.
Substitute: Should you be unable to attend the event after booking, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. All substitutes should be communicated to the organizer by email to [email protected] at least 21 (twenty one) day prior to the event. Please note: There may not be updated information in a printed material.
IF I HAVE REGISTERED AND PAID BUT I CANNOT COME ANYMORE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE PARTICIPANT?

can i get vat reverse charge if my company is vat registered in eu?
- No, VAT 21% is applicable for any and all companies who are registering participants for the conference. All participants are liable to pay VAT on congress fees in Europe.
- We can only waive the VAT on goods, products, exhibition and sponsorship package.
is the vat zero rated if my company is registered outside eu?
No, VAT 21% is applicable for any and all companies who are registering participants for the conference. All participants are liable to pay VAT on congress fees in Europe.

We kindly remind you that Estonia is in the Schengen Zone. Please contact your Consular to check what do you need for traveling to Estonia.
is the insurance is included in registration fee
No, the delegate travel insurance is NOT provided as part of your Registration Fee. We strongly recommend the need for good travel insurance. In general, this form of insurance provides cover for sickness and illness, cancellation, loss of property etc.

what is the dress code for YMC 2023
There is no formal dress code for the event, however, your attention is drawn to: The final night dinner is not a formal wear dinner, however, there is an expectation that you dress appropriately for the venue and the event.
The organizers recommend – smart casual.
how should i act if i found a mistake in my registration form after confirming it and paying the invoice?
After payment received in full, any changes including but not limited to changes of names, outdoor activities, etc. can be accepted or rejected only with written confirmation from organizers and might be subject to additional charges.

Of course, You can, but organizers do not recommend, because if You registration will be rejected, organizers will not take responsibility for any payments.

Direct Affiliate means a removal and storage company in any European country where an association is either not established nor interested in becoming a member of FEDEMAC
Who can be fedemac commercial member
Commercial Member means a removal and storage company, interested in trade, in possession of all the legal requirements to be a removal and storage company and belonging to the National Association in the country in which it is established, if any exist
